If you're reading this, then you're probably considering working with Tashi.  We can say, without any hesitation, that if you decide to do so, you won't regret it.  We met Tashi in 2019, when we were first thinking of purchasing a house.  Although we weren't ready at the time, Tashi still offered us his contact information and insisted we reached out if we had any questions.  We took him up on his offer, harassing him whenever we needed information or if there was confusion about the home buying process. He was always there, willing to offer any advice he could or lead us in the right direction.  Then, October 2020 we were finally ready to start our house hunt.  Tashi was with us every step, at every showing, offering recommendations and suggestions. He listened and knew what our needs were and not only focused his attention to that, but also used his contracting knowledge to assess the houses we did look through.  It was a long process but he was always patient and positive, through every failed offer night, rejected offer and all the paperwork.  We, finally, found our home mid 2021 but he was still willing to offer us more of his expertise. He has such a wealth of knowledge as a realtor and home renovator, he knew when we got our home, the work that had to be done and what we wanted to do to make the vision of our home real.  He and his team have worked hard to make those changes.  He communicates, giving us progress pictures and keeping us in the loop for everything.  We are so pleased and impressed with all the work that's been done and none of this could have been made reality without him. 

So, if you're still reading this testimonial about Tashi, he is one of a kind.  He is smart, knowledgeable, patient, positive, optimistic and realistic.
